Refund & cancellation policy

Waterfall Guest House does not provide cash refunds for bookings. Reset a booking from your dashboard at least 30 minutes before check-in. A 20% cancellation deduction applies; the remaining 80% stays in your wallet for a new booking or added funds. The reset option becomes inactive after the permitted period.
